7 briskets smoked for one big ole party!!! Time to make the smoke roll!!! Trimming these badboys up bout whooped me!!! People often wonder why brisket is so darned high in price!! It’s a lot of work that goes into them and not to mention the market price is always high!! Anywhere from $75 to $90 for just one brisket!! I take a lot of pride in my technique and absolutely love to serve it, but wow it’s a job for sure!! Truly blessed!!!

From this day forward, we have to ask for a 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and SIGNED copy of a contract when booking with us!! When we collect, that ensures your date to be held for you and only you!! The deposit is then applied to the remaining total at the time of final payment!! Only under extreme circumstances will we refund deposits, death in the family, illness, or something else out of everyone’s control!! (We don’t just want to keep your money) Calling off the event due to break ups would not qualify!! We fill up so quickly and when a date is taken, we usually have to turn others away from that date!! Thank you for understanding!! We truly appreciate all our customers and hope everyone understands!!
