Doris Jean Raber, 92 of Holden, Missouri passed away Friday, December 20, 2024 at Holden Manor Care Center. Funeral Services will be 100 p.m. Saturday, December 28th at Holden United Methodist Church, with interment to follow at the Holden Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 600 to 800 p....

Wow! You guys won't believe what I just got in at the shop! HELIUM!!! It was pre-covid since we have been able to get helium, but we have it once again! Kids can have balloons for their birthdays!! (Adults too!) And just in time for Christmas!

Today is our Christmas Open House! Stop in and sample some Peculiar Spice Company "Cheesy Chicken Soup "and Wind and Willow "Cookie Dough" dessert! Also we are serving hot chocolate from Wind and Willow. Christmas items are 25% off today! Wine tasting starts at noon, so bring a friend and some see us!

Arthur George Lyons, beloved husband, father, and friend, of Kingsville, MO, passed away December 7, 2024 at the age of 99 years. Arthur was born in Forest Green, MO on November 6, 1925 to Amelia and Henry Lyons. He attended high school in Glasgow, MO before entering the US Navy

Join us tonight as we feature some special treats just in time for Thanksgiving! We will be serving a favorite of the Peculiar Spice Company, (which incidentally is owned by folks right here in Holden) "Chicken Enchilada Soup". (Can easily be converted to "Turkey Enchilada Soup" in another week or so!)
And we will be featuring Wind and Willow "Cranberry Pecan Cheeseball". A perfect appetizer for your turkey dinner!
And for dessert, gingerbread cookies by Country Home Creations, a cookie mix that is super simple, plus it even comes with the cookie cutters!
Oh, and by the way, we will be sampling some wines too....!
