"We love Madi! She is the sole reason our wedding and wedding planning experience was such a success! Her organization and dedication to her couples made our engagement period very relaxed. She made herself available whenever I needed her and her expertise allowed her to always have an answer for me. Madi was always kind and professional and worked seamlessly with our vendors, family, and friends. Madi went to bat for us several times. Making sure that our vendors were staying in touch to ensure a successful event. When our wedding weekend finally came, we did not have to worry about a thing. "Madi (and her assistant) was absolutely IMPERATIVE to running our wedding day. She technically served as a day-of-coordinator, but she met with me multiple times before the wedding and was always available to answer my questions. On wedding day, she was professional, kind, and efficient. She executed the wedding exactly how I envisioned it and allowed me to relax and prepare myself for the day while she ran the show from behind the scenes. Beyond her role leading up to the start of the ceremony, she checked in on the groom, me, our families, and the other vendors regularly throughout the ceremony and reception in order to ensure the events went smoothly and we were happy.

She serves as a strong leader and was able to direct our large bridal party throughout the day with patience and ease.

Every single one of my bridesmaids and my immediate family commented about how she exceeded our expectations and was simply the best. Several of my bridesmaids have weddings in their future, and they were only praying that Madi might be available for their day as well. Also, many guests commented that the wedding was the most smooth and perfect wedding that they'd attended, and that is largely due to Madi's success as a coordinator.

I get this question often... "Should you hire a wedding planner if there is already a venue coordinator?"
My immediate answer is... YES. 1000%, and here's why!

Venue coordinators are amazing and certainly have an important role during the wedding planning process and on the wedding day, but their job is to maintain the interests of the venue and not necessarily handle all the ins and outs of your wedding details, vendors, and planning needs.

The key difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator is their relationship with YOU, the couple getting married! A wedding planner’s focus is on making sure your wants and needs are met, whereas a venue coordinator is focused on ensuring the venue is well-maintained and well-represented. Both very important roles and both very different priorities!

❗️Let’s debunk this wedding myth.. "wedding planners are a luxury item."❗️

It’s simply not true, my friends. Whether you are hosting a small intimate wedding or a large wedding with tons of details, having a wedding planner on your side will be beneficial. They can help you make smart, educated decisions. They are experts that have strong relationships with vendors. They are the unbiased third party to help diffuse family tension and opinions. No matter the size or budget of the event, having a wedding planner on your team is invaluable. 🥂

It’s been a whirlwind of a year and I wanted to share some updates with you that some of you may know about and some may not! Thanks for taking the time to read! 😍

Back in January 2021, I launched my OWN event planning business (after 6+ years of dabbling in various wedding specialties) with the goal of working with fun-loving couples to help them plan their weddings. It was a dream of mine to help provide guidance, expertise (and fun!) for couples planning one of the most momentous celebrations of their lives.

Just over the last two years, my small team and I have helped over 40 couples plan their weddings and I have several of you to thank for referring me. 🙏
I absolutely LOVE getting to know couples and planning a wedding that reflects them.
Dates are filling up fast for next year and my goal for 2023 and beyond is to work with (even more) amazing couples.
