Being in Michigan in since May 2015, the idea came to create a catering business that would display the experience, heritage, influences and culinary knowledge to make the best Chef inspired catering company possible in Michigan. Fuego: A Fusion Kitchen catering offers in home private dining, event catering and/or cooking classes. Best ingredients, friendly personalized service, fair prices. We can do anything from a romantic fine dining dinner for 2 to a buffet or plated event for 1000(Not at the moment due to Covid-19/Corona Virus. Chef Joaquin can also come to your home to teach you a great variety of recipes and dishes. No event is too small and no budget is out of the question!!! Shout-out to Jeff Nelson and Angela Bremal for booking us for catering this weekend this was the first time for the company to cater two events in one day. It was a challenge with the downpour however at the end of the day we are more than pleased to see all the happy faces... The day started at 7am and ended at 12pm.

One event was a sushi party at 2 and the other was at 7 on the evening menu lengua and pork asado tacos with sushi.
