Butternut Event Centre by Lakeshore Events, offers a varied pricing structure based on the day of the week.
* Monday - Thursday bookings are determined by usage, hours, and type of event. Call for pricing.
* Small events on weekdays such as corporate training,
Or small events such as a bridal shower or baby shower with less than 100 people, or if a funeral on a weekday or weekend there is a bereavement or small fee, and funeral or bereavement costs please call.
* Friday bookings cost $1,500,
* Saturday bookings cost $2,000,
* Sunday bookings cost $1,500.
Alternatively, you can book the entire weekend for $3,000 and enjoy the convenience of having a dedicated space and support with setup, take down, and cleaning by your family members.
Please note that prices will increase by $500 next year. By booking this year you will save $500.
There is also a one-time, refundable $500 damage deposit due at the time of booking.
To secure your booking for an event that is occurring in 2024, 50% down is required to book the venue, and the other remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event.
NOTE: If your event is only 90 days away, then full payment including damage deposit is due at time of booking.
