HWHP Annual Meeting
Tomorrow, October 17, 6pm
3766 62nd St., Holland (The Ponderosa event venue)

All members and sponsors welcome

We will cover:
1. 2024 highlights
2. 2024 event and financial performance
3. Future goals
4. Committee and Board Member positions needed
5. Nomination of new board members & voting in of new board members

A couple notes:
-If you weren't able to attend the year end awards banquet and have awards to collect, this would be a good time to come collect items! Buckles are not in yet, however.
-We'd love to fill some board member seats tomorrow, however you do not have to commit by tomorrow if you are still on the fence or need more information! Our bylaws allow us to accept new board members any time throughout the year when seats are open. If you can't make it tomorrow but are interested in helping out, please reach out and let us know. We would love to talk with you about opportunities, whether serving on the board or other capacities in which you would be willing to help out in 2025. See our recent Facebook post about areas where we particularly need help.

Thank you all for a wonderful show season! We have been growing and making improvements, so in order to take a load off of our board members (who generously volunteer nearly EVERY weekend of their summer running our events! 🤯), we are looking for some assistance. It takes an ARMY to keep our show grounds booked every weekend, looking pristine, and shows running smoothly. Our board members work very hard and we want to make sure they are also able to enjoy their summers… Plus, many hands make light work!

If you want to help, but don’t see a role that fits or can only help with a portion of a role, please reach out and we will find a spot for you! Or if you are interested in more than one, we can combine them! ;)

These roles do not require you to join the board.

we will not need to water the areas🤣 they are wet in spots but the tiles are getting the water drained, see you all soon!
