Your Story. Our History.

The Felt Estate, just north of Saugatuck, MI is the perfect place to celebrate your special day. Originally built in 1925 and completed in 1928, the Felt Mansion began with a love story. Dorr Felt was drawn to the pristine beauty of West Michigan’s coastline and decided to build a house on several hundred acres of land for his wife, Agnes.

Dorr and Agnes’s love endures at the estate to this day. From the grand ballroom and elegantly carved fireplaces of Felt Mansion to the rustic, intimate setting of the Carriage House - the Felt Estate is the ideal backdrop for your next celebration.
