We love cooking brisket. It's an intimidating piece of meat ranging from 10 to 20 pounds, but if you rub it with some salt and pepper, cook it low and slow and have lots of patience, the end result it unlike any other cut of meat. Tender, juicy, and delicious. Makes an amazing sandwich with a toasted brioche bun.

If you want to try our Brisket, come on down to Johnny's this Sunday 2/18 and see us for lunch. Have a brisket sandwich. It might be raining, but that won't stop us.
