Nov. 9 is the last day to complete a pledge form for this year’s The Nutcracker - San Benito Dance Academy Sponsorship Program, entitling you to priority VIP ticketing access, as well as many other perks! (On Nov. 10 priority booking for VIP early-reservation will no longer be available, as general ticket sales open that day. The benefit of an advertisement in the program will not available after Nov. 20, as the hardcopy program goes to print in time for shows… but the other perks of sponsorship, such as the backstage tour, will still be available).

We wanted to contact you with a couple follow-up details!

RAFFLE: The raffle drawing (fundraiser for San Benito Dance Foundation nonprofit) will take place Monday, January 9th when the studio has dance classes back in session for dancers to pick winning tickets! Winners will be notified immediately, and the studio office will be open 3:30-7pm weekdays and 9am-1pm Saturdays for pick up of the raffle-prize items!

VIDEO: For info on video options, please see details below! If you have yet to do so already, we wanted to remind you of the three ways you can re-watch the show and re-live the magical experience of The Nutcracker!

* Video-On-Demand (available to stream Dec. 24-Jan. 9th): Select "ON DEMAND" for your cast of choice to get the streaming option (must be streamed from the same device/URL in order to watch repeatedly).

* Digital Download (available for download Jan. 9th, 2023): For a digital copy of the show, select "DOWNLOAD The Nutcracker" for the cast/show(s) that you'd like to have digital files for. A link will be sent to you Jan. 9th for you to download the (large, high-quality) file and save to a device of choice for viewing.

* DVD (available Feb. 2023): For keepsake videos, select a cast/show to "DOWNLOAD The Nutcracker" and you may skip adding the Digital Download option to cart (if you don't want it) and click the "continue with checkout" button, which will bring you to the screen to select a merchandise add-on of the cast/show(s) you'd like to purchase a DVD for. You may add multiple DVD casts/shows to cart. Note your dancer's name, so we know under which name to label it when you pick up at the studio. This weekend we finished our all-Cast run-throughs of casts C&D at the studio. Now onto the theater this Friday for tech and dress rehearsals, and into show weekend Dec. 17&18! Come watch all of these amazing dancers and 170 others who are ready to perform for audiences next weekend!!
