Saw this post on my girl’s page and just had to steal it!

I remember drawing out a picture perfect schedule of what I imagined parenting would be like. Boy, was I wrong?! These past months I’ve found myself caving in to electronics, meals, virtual play dates just to have a moment of SILENCE!!

So for those non-parent folks that think they’ll have this under control when their time comes.. 😂😂 good luck. Stock up on wine. It’ll make things way smoother.

Affirmation of the day- I TRUST myself, I BELIEVE in myself and I have CONFIDENCE in myself. ✨✨
Somehow along the way, I lost myself. I became mom, wife, daughter, employee and lost track of my goals and interests. My light was dim and I allowed my insecurities to always convince me I wasn’t capable.
Fast forward to now, I’m back! I’ve got a fire in me and hunger for so much of what this beautiful life has to offer. After all, we only live once so why live in regret of what we could’ve done and just DO it!
This opportunity has allowed me to start peeling the layers of the onion. Focus on my growth - in every aspect. Enjoy the liberty of earning income while spending time with my children. Most importantly, find myself and the confidence that hidden beneath my surface.

Wow! This is one I’m working on daily. I’m a stresser by nature and with that comes anxiety. I’m learning just how unhealthy it is to stress about things I have no control over. This is definitely a challenge! I’m working on rewiring my brain to see things differently. Instead I’m shifting my focus on believing everything has a purpose. Believing that I can flip that stress point into something positive. It’s not easy and I’m far from conquering it. Working on myself and worth a step a day. What are your pain points?

One thing that’s for sure is I would move mountains for these girls! They are my why and driving force. Mommy loves you girls to the moon and back! 🤍👯‍♀️
