The building is 830sqft and the studio space is 23 x 10 and is available for fitness, dance, small events up to 50 people, photo shoots, pop up shops, meetings, workshops, art exhibits, after school activities and more. ■$480 48hours studio rental - includes all the above, social media marketing, legal business name on directory inside studio, private parking and key to studio which will require a $50 key duplication and a $50key deposit. $50 in company check will be reimbursed when keys are returned. 2 slots available
