Welcome ADRIANA MANNO to Team 61! Adriana has a wealth of experience; being immersed in her family’s Italian restaurant, Giamanco’s, for several years. After the restaurant closed, Adriana became a dedicated Mom…and works closely with her daughter in the modeling industry. She is crazy passionate about good food, good wine, and exploring new places. Family is at the heart of everything she does…and we are so PROUD to welcome her to the 61 Main family, too. 🫶🏻💯🤩

So proud to announce our collaboration with - are you ready for high quality, seasonal soups sourced from Apple Street Kitchen’s organic garden and local sustainable vendors? Ummm…yes! , graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts, studied macrobiotic cooking in Tuscany, and worked under Chef Chris Mumford of Mumford’s Culinary Center. Chef Casey was then approached to bring his culinary talents and experience to D’Jeet in The Grove in Red Bank. Currently, Apple Street Kitchen is undergoing a major expansion and can’t wait to see what they have in store for us in Spring 2025. In the meantime, we are thrilled Casey, catering manager Allison Rauch, and Apple 🍎 Street Kitchen team are aligning with our cafe goals of providing fresh, delicious, quality food. 🥘 👊🏻💯

Welcome TORI to Team 61! Born and raised in Virgina Beach, she moved to NJ with her family in 2015. Tori is truly someone who can do it all…always with passion, loyalty, and fun (obvi!) Tori has been by my side for 6 years, and it’s been amazing watching her become a Mom to 2 yr old Theo! Her husband, Joey, will help hold down the fort while Tori takes on 61 Main. Let’s gooo!

Welcome JACQUELINE and GRACE- our dynamic mother daughter duo, to Team 61! Jacqueline grew up the oldest of three girls in Middletown, NJ.
She attended St. Mary Elementary School and Middletown High School North. In the year 2000, she began her career at JPMorgan Investment Bank in New York City. In 2002 she met her husband Greg, and they have been married for 19 years. They are the blessed parents of a daughter Grace, and a son Benjamin. Although the corporate world served her well, Jacqueline decided in 2017 to leave it all behind to stay home full time with her children. Jacqueline is a natural at event planning and entertaining, and admits that the creative wheels in her head never stop turning. She has a knack for baking and gift giving, and finds joy in creating beautiful and delicious things for the people around her. Jacqueline describes herself as approachable, fun-loving, and friendly. She was led to 61 Main through an article she read online, and is excited to be a part of such an amazing team. Jacqueline feels that 61 Main is where she belongs, and is the perfect place where she and her talents can shine.
Grace was born and raised in Hazlet, NJ, and has a younger brother named Benjamin. She attended St. Mary Elementary School and is currently in her senior year at Saint John Vianney High School. Grace has worked the last four summers in the cafe at Surfrider Beach Club, and has experience working private parties. In her down time, Grace enjoys shopping and spending time with her friends and family. Grace is very excited to be a part of the 61 Main team!

Welcome TINA to Team 61! Tina Woodward is a true local; grew up in Colts Neck and went to SJV in Holmdel. Tina has several years of experience in customer & retail service. Beside a ⚾️ baseball loving husband, two college sons and another in 8th 👦🏼 👦🏼👦🏼 Tina has two dogs 🐶 🐶and keeps busy on the 🎾 court. I’m thrilled and honored that she said YES and she is ready to go 👊🏻 Let’s do this Tina 💯
