We could not be more proud of our friends at Clark Crew BBQ!!! They have done amazing things and continue to do amazing things! Congrats to you!!

Last night we got inducted into the Oklahoma BBQ Society Hall of Fame. Thank you OKBS and your board members we are very honored to put in with some already great BBQ folks. In 2015 at the first OKBS banquet we were #1 team in Oklahoma and in the World that year…I watched some guys that I still look up to in BBQ get inducted that year. It’s always been about the teamwork, and I’ve been damn lucky to have a great team all these years. Our kids, and us have seen the country and cooked all over coast to coast and north to south. Cooking in Oklahoma has always been good to us, so many friends and we had a lot of fun. I remember winning Sulphur, OK and Shawnee, OK a few times and it’s came full circle.. When they both had the tornados we were able to go have the restaurant give out free meals. That is just the best part of it all….hard work pays off. Winning world championships is cool, but being able to help others all because of BBQ is badass. Now we just keep serving up bbq with our team in the restaurants …. I always get asked if it’s like Texas or Kansas City. My answer is it’s Oklahoma, we are doing it how we like it and how it seems a lot of other do as well. Thanks for everyone’s support over the years!

Yes I even wore Jeans and my boots, gave my camo shorts a night off.

Here is our packages!!! All orders need to be in by End of Day on February 4th. This will allow me enough time to get enough product to fulfill all orders and get all cookies from from Granny's Porch. And trust me, the cookies are amazing! What better food for the Big Game is there? Get the Best BBQ around to make your party the most talked about party in town. And even a cookie to top it off at the end to celebrate the victory!! Remember, orders must be in NO LATER than February 4th to make sure I can get the product.

Here is the menu for wednesday in Holton from 11am-8pm or Sold Out at O'Reillys..... Just a side note.. we have had a few misunderstandings on where to order at ther trailer. The ordering is done at the window. Please do not come in the trailer. This is not only a violation but also a saftey hazard due to things that could either cut someone or burn someone and I want everyone to stay safe. Please come to the window to order and we will gladly serve you. And as always, we will gladly help you carry orders to your vehicle or if you cant get out of your vehicle we will help accommodate you to make sure you are still able to be taken care of. Every customer matters. Thank you again for all of your continued support. Your are an amazing and loving town. I am glad to call Holton my Home.

Alright everyone!!!!! Chiefs are going to the superbowl!!! We will be vending befor the big game. We will have a couple party packages coming out soon so keep your eyes out. Orders will need to be in a few days ahead of time to make sure i can get the product as I expect this one to be a very large day!!

Thank you everyone for the support and patience today in Holton. We were extremely busy trying to get all the food prepared and orders filled. That was the most food we have cooked and sent out the window in that short of an amount of time yet. I thank each and every one of you for helping make this all possible.

Here is Sundays Menu for the games. We will only be open from 11-1:30 then again from 3:30-5. This will give us time to fully restock to bring you everything for both games. Amounts will be limited and probably go fast so get there quick!!

Fridays menu will be a little different. We are changing things up for ONE DAY ONLY. Now, don't freak out, but WE WILL NOT HAVE RIBS. We will be at O'Reillys in Holton from 11-5 or sold out. Our menu will be:

Jalapeno Cheesy Corn

Color doesnt get much better! Injected with some Butcher BBQ pork injection and seasoned with some Jdqbbq sweet and Clark Crew BBQ royal rib rub. Then onto the Louisiana Grills pellet smoker with the Pit Boss Grills Whiskey Barrel blend pellets. The touch of sweet and smokey from these pellets mixed with this injection and seasonings makes one of the most amazing combinations I have ever seen!
