Who’s ready for some spooky fun? Join us tonight for our Cairo Cabaret "Ghouls, Witches and Dancers" show. 50 St Kolbe Dr. Holyoke. Doors open at 4:30 and our show starts at 5PM. We have an incredible line up of dancers and an amazing Finale performer "Hadama"! dress up in your favorite spook if you dare!

Sephira and I are so excited for our Cairo Cabaret Finale performer ~ Hadama!

Hadama (from her screen name and very short bio Happy dancer mom) Seshat, (the ancient Egyptian goddess of libraries), took her first bellydance class when she was 12, at the suggestion of her mom. Her first performance, with her best friend, was as a freshman in their high school variety show.

A Cairo favorite is returning to our stage this Sunday night! Katiana!

Katiana is a local dancer who dances with many local bands at
Bike Night here at the Legion and at many local benefits She Hosts 2 shows a year Beer and Belly Dance and Rockbellies, there are no covers for those shows, all proceeds are donated to a Veterans cause. She will be hosting Rockbellies November 9th at 4 pm .

Elisheva is a New England bellydancer who teaches classes in Hartford area, directs Troupe Bellysheva. and enjoys traveling to festivals to learn and to teach. She teaches on the Stackable Drills website, has performed with Bellydance Evolution, and performs at shows and events throughout New England.

Su'ad from CT is happy to join this 'spooktacular' event with a combo of songs to invoke the spirit of the day. She has been part of this dance since 1981, runs dance events in CT and NJ with dance partner and BFF Farasha, and is a member of Origins Folkloric Dance Company.

"Zia has been belly dancing for nearly twenty years, both as a soloist and as part of various troupes. She currently performs Fat Chance style with the Trade Route Dance Collective and Our Dance Space, and does group sword improv with Our Dance Space as well. She's currently studying with Baseema and Kaylin."

Such a great show tonight Spooky and Slinky - October Cairo Cabaret Show. Thank you to all of our performers and our enthusiastic audience. Remember the upcoming fundraisers for the American Legion Post 351 on November 11 (Rockbellies) and steak dinner on November 18. You can purchase tickets for the dinner from Lisa Gariepy. We will see you on December 10th for our final show of 2023!

So excited for our Father's day Cairo Cabaret Show! What better way to celebrate your Dad but a night of Middle Eastern Dancing!

Joining us is Shifah!
Shifáh is a performer, choreographer, and instructor in Massachusetts and Florida and a former member of The Crescent Dancers. She has studied with both nationally and internationally known instructors.

Troupe and solo appearances include: Museums, an Opera Company, restaurants, schools, and private parties.

"The Dance keeps us young and sharing it as a teacher makes me happy. I want to thank Saphira and Sheena for providing shows for us so we have an excuse to wear sequins."
