We had such a lovely night at Retreat Farm! Meeting Food Connects Food Hub, Dosa Kitchen, eating delicious Frisky Cow Gelato and seeing customers from Brattleboro Food Co-op!

Join us the Food Truck Roundup for the next four Thursdays from 5-8.

We love local food, so it melts our hearts when we see local food producers enjoying each other's creations! It really shows the strength of our regional food community.

Last night at the Retreat Farm Food Truck Roundup, Executive Director Richard ran into John and Dawn from Holyoke Hummus Company, as well as Leda and Nash from Dosa Kitchen, all savoring Frisky Cow Gelato! Richard also highly recommends trying FinAllie Ferments' 'pickles on a stick'.

If you missed the Roundup, no worries! It happens every Thursday from 5 to 8 pm throughout the summer. Plus, you can always visit the Retreat Farm Market daily from 10 am to 6 pm for Holyoke Hummus, Frisky Cow Gelato, Dosa Kitchen, FinAllie Ferments, and many other fantastic regional products!

We were lucky to meet the Curio Spice Co. team at the Trade Show and were honored that they invited us to have a pop-up at their lab.

🚛 Holyoke Hummus was born on a food truck so of course we need to serve it from one! We are so excited to share @holyokehummus at the Local Food Trade Show next week! Thank you to the amazing @bannerqueen for again making our vision a reality! @bostonlocalfood Please tag your favorite stores and farm stands where you would love to buy our Hummus Flavored Hummus. Well, in 10 years we have had 1 converted hot dog cart, 1 food truck, a restaurant open and close, then 2 trucks and another food concept @thewingmantruck then back to 1 food concept and 1 food truck. Our Story

Started in 2014, Holyoke Hummus Company is a cafe and food truck and catering company serving falafel, hummus and other middle eastern treats.

Our Cafe at 285 High Street is a hub of activity feeding residents of and people that work in Downtown Holyoke and beyond. Our convenient location close to Routes 91, 90 and 391 makes us a pit stop for people traveling to VT, NY, and Boston. Our evening events continue to grow with art openings, fundraisers and more. We have a full liquor license and are able to host private parties at the cafe.

Our Food Truck, The Great Garbanzo, can be found at events throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. We love catering private events with the truck. Who doesn’t love ordering whatever they want off the menu of a food truck? We can also be found a music festivals, community events, food truck festivals and more.

We provide vegetarian and pescatarian kosher style catering. We’ve catered birthday parties, engagement parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, kiddush lunches and corporate events large and small. We’d love to talk to you about your upcoming event.
