I also take care of your CA marriage license, and help with planning elopements. I am blessed to live in such a beautiful place that allows me to do something I love. I've had many jobs, all in the people business. I started working in a flower shop and after a few months I realized there are a lot of weddings in Tahoe. I thought to myself, What a wonderful job, celebrating marriage? I found out w

hat it took to marry people and I started in May of 1998. I was ordained by the Universal Life Church, which believes we are all one, no matter what religion, you or I may be, we all must live in this world together. As a marriage officiant I am excited to be a part of bringing people together. I believe marriage is the ultimate commitment that two people make when they share the same goals, ideas, values, and most importantly love. I also believe the wedding ceremony is one time you have to declare your feelings, promises, and dreams in front of your loved ones. I know marriage is worth celebrating. I also know that the pre-celebration can be a little stressful and that is where I realized my calling. Creating ceremonies & celebrating the day of marriage. Becoming a marriage officiant has blessed my life in so many ways. With my many years of experience I have brought hundred's of couple's together, and with that experience I have been able to accomplish keeping the ceremony stress free.

Not only do I get to work with amazing couples and fill my days with love buzzes, I am also blessed with a community of wedding vendors that are simply amazing. ✨️

Here's a little behind-the-scenes look at a photography workshop put together. It was a styled shoot and workshop for photographers as well as a meet-and-greet for other vendors. As a wedding officiant, I always love meeting other vendors so I can refer my couples. So grateful for a wonderful networking experience and for this community with whom I get to work. 🙏🏼⁠

Another magical morning at Emerald Bay on Monday 🌞

Josh and Ellie traveled all the way from the UK to say I do in Tahoe — following in her parents’ footsteps, who were married at Logan Shoals back in the 90s. ♥️

They’ll celebrate with a bigger ceremony back home, but it was important to Ellie to make it official here, just like her mom. 🥰

Their epic adventure began in Los Angeles and continued in San Francisco & Napa before coming to Tahoe for their ceremony. And they're now in Yosemite for their honeymoon. These two know how to plan an adventure elopement! ✨

Angie from reached out to see if I could officiate for their couple. I was happy to oblige! The ceremony took place at Skylandia. We were a little worried about the weather, but it ended up being only a little chilly and was a beautiful ceremony. After the ceremony, they had champagne and cake in the park. 💍 🥂 🍰 🌲 ✨️

My second ceremony on 10/11/25 happened in the evening at Emerald Bay. The bride and groom wanted a simple, traditional ceremony with family and friends. It was super chilly, but the love kept everyone warm! 🥰 The happy couple were so glad to be married. They are heading to Korea and Japan for their honeymoon. ✈️ Cheers to this sweet couple! 💕

Shea found me on Instagram. 🙌🏼 She and Joseph came to Tahoe just the two of them, the first time away from their 3-year-old. They wanted to have a ceremony just the two of them. It was a pleasure to create a ceremony for just the two of them and I was glad the weather held out, so they could enjoy a beautiful wedding day. Winter is around the corner!

Autumn and Cody are both paramedics and became really good friends before falling in love. They complimented each other so well and their personal vows were almost identical. It happens more than you might think. 🥰 It was an emotional ceremony with lots of special touches. I had tears in my eyes and left with a wedding buzz for sure. 💞 Hopefully, they’ll be back to renew their vows in a few years. ✨️ The ceremony took place at Skylandia in Tahoe City on the popular day of 10/10/25. Congrats to this special couple! 💓

Melanie and Vince met the usual way nowadays: online. After a few years of dating, they bought a home together, and this week, they sealed the deal and made their love "official." 📃 🖊️ 💍

Vince’s good friend offered to host the ceremony at his beautiful home in North Star. 🌲 ✨️ We did the ceremony on the deck and they had snacks and champagne while signing the paperwork. They then headed to for the moonrise and dinner. I got a wedding buzz from all the love. 💫

Joe and Jennifer got married in the Aspen Grove on 267, which is a place I've always wanted to do a ceremony. Many years ago, they had adventured out to California from Texas and visited the Aspen Grove on October 6th, so it was the perfect date for them to say, "I do."

They stayed in South Lake, rented a party bus from Voyage Transportation, and had a wonderful trip to the ceremony spot. 💍 Their ceremony was full of fun puns about as they met there in the ammo section. They continued the party bus trip around the lake and had dinner in South Lake with immediate family and friends. It all gave me a true wedding buzz. 🥰Looking forward to the photos from -- it's always a wonderful time to work with him. 📷️
