It's been an Amazing year! We've made many new friends and clients, among the best of which are our friends at the Glenwood-Lynwood Library!
Today we did an awesome plated Holiday celebration for the Board members, staff, and "Friends of the library".
The guests enjoyed a multi course menu featuring our Grilled New York Strip, Seared Salmon w/butter sauce, Parmesan Risotto, grilled asparagus, house made creamy roasted potato soup, salad, and old fashioned peach Cobbler!

A Wonderful time was had by all at an AMAZING annual Feast of the seven fishes 🐟 Christmas celebration!
Guests enjoyed an expansive menu of delicious "Fruits d' mar"!
The star entree of the evening was the Creole crab and shrimp cornbread dressing (made from Chef Kevin's Mother's recipe), alongside the co-stars, our signature Salmon w/Bourbon sauce, a roasted Sirloin of beef carving station, and Louisiana crab cakes! The supporting cast of menu items included specialties such as Shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, sushi, squid ceviche, Asian shrimp pot stickers, and more.
