My first in flight catering job. I provided travelers with a delicious box lunch. Blackened turkey, Manchego cheese, avocado spread on fresh nut bread, potato salad, arugula salad with almonds and cranberries, cheesecake with a tangy icing and raspberries, and a little bubbly.
