Our wings are not your typical frozen to fryer. We hand rub our with our secret rub, smoke them for 2 hours, then fry them to perfection. Full of love!

One of the great things about food is it brings people together in community. We are blessed to be able to support great groups like this week’ group honesdale fca a group of teens heading to New Mexico this summer to serve. Come on out this Saturday and support them a $20 rib dinner gets you a full belly (1/2 rack, mac, slaw) and makes the financial burden for these kids a little lighter. Also The Dishonest Fiddlers and Jack Legore putting on a show. Can’t make it to simpson choose the 1pm pick up at Level Grounds Café no music but, you can still support. Also, you can pick up in Follow the Smoke - Simpson just choose your preferred time in the link below 👇🏻

The new full menu starts tomorrow at Rafter's Tavern featuring many of our bbq favorites alongside their wildly popular burgers. Also starting at 6:30pm Adam Owens Entertainment brings back trivia night!
As you know bbq isn’t a microwave dish so we may sell out in these early days until we get a handle on things so come early, come often, come hungry!! We hope you enjoy and support this new partnership!!

The FTS bbq you’ve come to know and love is now available Rafter's Tavern in calicoon NY. We’re super psyched about this and trust you will be too. Super soft opening happening tomorrow 3/12 with a sample menu 👇🏻 12-7pm and open mic.
Full menu and regular hours starting Thursday. Menu release Monday so stay tuned. We love you all and thank you for your continued support!
