1 - Venue coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their venue – like banquet room floor plan & logistics, staffing, catering & bar (if in-house)..etc you get it - key word specific to managing logistic of venue
2- Wedding Coordinator , on the other hand, are usually hired by couples to help them with the logistics of their wedding day focus on planning and execution of what client has booked. The coordinator ensure the I’s are doted, the T’s are crossed, and we are set to kick off from rehearsal to wedding day. <— at minimum venue requires that you have a day of coordinator
3- Wedding Planner are responsible for helping couples to plan their entire wedding – from start to finish. This includes everything from booking vendors and managing the budget, to handling logistics on the day of the big event.
