We have a mission, and that's to bring super yummy food to you and the people you love! Currently, we're focusing on Asian flavors fused into traditional American meats like ribs and brisket and stuff like that,

Got the ribs a little too tender for tonight's food truck event at Anchor Church in Kaneohe. We'll be there from 6-9 pm! Stop by and say hi!

We don't serve loco moco in the truck, but we wanted to "test" our recipe in case someone orders it for catering or a special event! We're able to do almost everything, so if you don't see something on our catering menu, but you want it, just ask! We'll probably make it for you!

When the Navy wants scrambled eggs for breakfast, we wake up at 4 am to make them breakfast!

Amidst technical difficulties and hardware issues, we were still able to properly produce our signature bourbon misoyaki brisket.

Our secret signature cognac togarashi char siu sauce being made. It looks like a nebula being born!
