Hero, a 1-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, had a grooming session with us today! ✂️💦

His unique hair pattern was quite a challenge, as his owner preferred to keep it longer, and there were some matted areas, especially around his legs. He also had a big eye bo**er and wasn’t a fan of having his face touched. 😅 With patience and care, I took my time with him to ensure he looked his best. After the Basic Package with nail trimming, Hero is now looking as handsome as ever. 🐾

Every grooming session reminds us that every pup is different, and that’s what makes this job so rewarding. 💕

🎄 Holiday Guests at Perfect Paws! 🎄
Meet Teddy, a charming Doodle who enjoyed our Complete Care Package, and Mabo, a sweet Golden Retriever mix who came for a relaxing Wash & Dry. These two adorable pups stayed with us for night care from Dec 2-9, filling our hearts (and our space!) with love and energy.

Teddy and Mabo are attention seekers in the best way, always ready to shake hands and give the warmest hugs. They're so friendly and brought festive joy to our grooming and care services. 🐾💖

Meet Pablo, a spirited 5-month-old Yorkiepoo who came in for our Complete Care Package today! This little bundle of energy kept me on my toes every step of the way. After his first bath, blow-dry, and trimming, Pablo decided it was the perfect time to pee—right before I could finish his face trim!

So, back to the bath he went for round two, followed by another blow-dry session before I could give his face a little tidy-up. While I couldn’t do much to his face since he was so wiggly, his body trim turned out great, and he’s now clean, fresh, and oh-so-cute. Grooming Pablo was quite the adventure, but he made it all worth it with his playful charm!

Meet Stella and Nova, two adorable Mini Australian Shepherds who brought lots of giggles and energy to my grooming table today! These two are quite the talkers—when I groomed one, the other made sure to voice her opinions with the cutest little moans.

They both came in for the Basic Package, and while their owner didn’t want long hair, I made sure to keep their fur looking natural and fluffy without going too short. One of them had some burrs matting stuck to her ears, but I cleared that up to keep her comfy.

They’re a little on the chubby side, which only adds to their charm! Fat, funny, and absolutely lovable—aren’t they just the cutest? ❤️

Shadow, the 3-year-old Goldendoodle, came in for a wash, dry, haircut, and ear cleaning today! She’s not only adorable and super friendly but also had quite a few mats in her coat. Her owner opted for the Basic Package, so I focused on clearing what I could, but some areas with mats, like her tail and legs, would require extra time to fully address. Shadow still turned out beautiful and fluffy—such a sweetheart to work with! Thank you for trusting me with her care!

Today’s little guest is Cleo, an 8-year-old Chihuahua! She came in for a bath, dry, and deep cleaning. Even though she’s not a fan of nail trims, she was calm and well-behaved through the whole process, especially during the teeth brushing. How adorable does she look in her bow tie? 💕

Meet Cruz, a stunning Pomsky (Pomeranian + Husky mix), back for his second visit! He came in for the Complete Care Package, but his owner mentioned how much he was shedding.

I added a deshedding treatment to his grooming session—before the bath, during the bath, and while drying. The results were amazing—so much fur came out! This is why deshedding is so important for breeds like him, with dominant Husky (multi-layered coat) and Pomeranian (frilly coat) genes.

Cruz looks so fresh and fabulous now! 🐾✨"

🌟 Meet Zarra! 🌟
Zarra is a 5-month-old mixed breed. Today was her very first grooming session, and she’s such a bundle of energy! 🐾 She was curious and a little hyper throughout the process, but we took our time to ensure she felt safe and comfortable.

She couldn’t decide whether she liked or disliked the blower—especially when it was near her neck, where she looked surprisingly relaxed for a moment! It’s all part of the learning experience for this sweet pup. 💕

After spending a wonderful week together as Charlie's dog sitter, it's hard to say goodbye as he heads home tomorrow. This playful and loving boy has filled my days with warmth and joy, always ready for hugs. 🥰 I gave him a little touch-up, trimming the hair around his eyes to keep him looking extra handsome and neat.
