Dainty details are making a big impression lately! From our sweet bride’s soft feathery after-party dress and comfy white sneakers, to dainty tropical florals bursting with color, petite hydrating coconuts for guests, and the cutest little poke bowls topped with tiny edible flowers - every small detail at Vivien & Alex’s wedding was thoughtful and so full of joy! There was even a surprise confetti cake for a guest’s birthday… and the most fun, colorful mini shave ice to end the night on a sweet note! Love these fun little surprises that pop up throughout the entire wedding day!

One of our favorite trends among modern, discerning couples? Scaling down the wedding party. Rather than choosing a select few as bridesmaids, many of our brides are opting for a more intimate and inclusive approach - inviting their closest friends to get ready together the morning of the wedding, without the pressure of titles or roles.

We especially loved how our bride Darien made the morning unforgettable: she invited her inner circle to share in the joy of getting ready and surprised them with a curated jewelry experience from her favorite jeweler Each person selected a custom piece as a keepsake from the wedding.

Did you know Finishing Touch began with corporate events? Before destination weddings and personal celebrations, founder Sandra launched her career over 20 years ago planning corporate events and fundraisers in California.

Now based in Hawaii, we love every opportunity to get back to our roots, producing experiences for corporations that reflect professionalism, precision, and purpose.

Recently, we had the privilege of planning and designing the grand opening for — a celebration for a world-renowned Spanish company known for its high-end, innovative surfaces used in architecture and design across the globe.

We partnered with to serve authentic Spanish dishes such as Seafood Paella and carved Jamón, appetizers hand-passed on Cosentino’s signature marble platters and poured all-Spanish wines and a tropical white Sangria - a beautiful fusion of the company’s Spanish heritage with touch of island flair.
