This painting came from our owner’s personal collection — from her bedroom actually — and was added to the house this year. We asked her why she wanted to pull it from her home (cause we know she loves it dearly) and place it here and she said, “Because it feels like there is magic all around her, if I do say so myself” and while we can’t really explain exactly what that means, we can say with certainty that if you know, you know 🌝 And if you don’t, well then you’ll just have to be resourceful and figure it out 🙃

Last week our team gathered at the house to dream and scheme — we talked about our furniture collection, our 2027 goals, and about some of bigggggg big plans we have for the house and grounds 😏 in case you don’t know this about us, we’re always trying to make things even better and this is right about when the mystiqueeee of yearly transformation kicks in. Most of what we do is behind the scences—initial calls and messages, property tours, coordination, bookings, designing and sourcing our furniture collection, vendor recs, property maintenence, early mornings and lateeee nights. Things move so quickly that when a five star review comes in, we gotta take a pause and send out some big love to every person on our team making this wild dream come true. We’d give you a million stars if we could, but Google says five is the max 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

To round out our highlight reel of memories from the season, Clare’s favorite moment was when .on.tenth , one of our bands from our Summer Concert Series, broke into an impromptu acoustic set for 150+ guests after a surprise rainstorm swept everyone off the Eastern Lawn and into the cozy (and dry) tent. It turned into one of those making-lemonade-outta-lemons kind of nights you just don’t forget. 🍋

Next up in our mini *favorite moments from 2025” series* — one of Courtney’s couples was upstairs in the Griffin’s Wing, our getting-ready suite, with pre-ceremony jitters kicking in as they looked down on the ceremony lawn. They wanted a secret Fireball toast, so Courtney snuck downstairs, tucked a few minis into her pockets, and slipped back up to deliver the goods so they could have a sweet moment together before the really big one 🤍

This week in our team meetings we’ve been swapping stories from our 2025 season, the little moments that made us laugh or stuck with us. Taniya’s fave was the day she and her dream vendor crew moved an entire ceremony in record time after the skies opened up. And then, like magic, sunshine right as guests arrived. 🌦️

It’s official!!! On Sunday we hosted our very last wedding of the year which means our 2025 season has wrapped🎉🍾We’re overflowing with love and gratitude for our extraordinary team and the wild web of talented people who make it all happen 💞💘AND OF COURSE—thank you to our 2025 couples and to any and everyone who ever put their faith in us. We love you so so much 😭🥹❤️‍🔥

This was May 31st. Spring in full bloom. The trend the past few years has been people flocking to Fall dates (and yes of course we love Fall just like everyone else) but choosing your season really is a personality thing. Spring is just so – LUSH. Overflowing. Wild with wonder. It’s a feeling in the heart that truly is difficult to express and inevitably flows into the entire mood of the day. 🧚🏼

Guys—Chas (aka ) does the craziest things for her couples. Like V***e with a ribbon and note awaiting and at their table. She’s also been known to pick up the tab when she runs into one of her couples *years* after their wedding. We’ve been witness to her going the extra mile for almost five years, and her insane florals are just the icing on the cake 🍰
