π Another Halloween treat! π
Blood splattered pretzels, anyone? Don't worry nobody was harmed in the making of these pretzels. These can be added to charcuterie boards or bagged up with Halloween trail mix for a fun snack!
Our family will be moving once again! Where are we headed this time? Illinois!
It's been our dream to move to Illinois and it will finally be coming true. Mish Mash will be a catering company officially in the Vermillion County area of Illinois(and hopefully further). Starting January of 2024 our family will be there and I'll be getting a food trailer ready soon! π
I can't wait to make my plans for this business a reality!
π Available now! π I'm so excited to finally have a small recipe book to offer. 12 recipes for $10 and payments can be made through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and Square. Please comment or message me if you would like to order! After payment is received I will send your copy in an email.
This book includes entrees, side dishes, seasoning blends and even a couple of my favorite desserts. A little something for everyone! Almost all recipes (minus the desserts) will only take about 30-45 minutes from start to finish, so these are very beginner friendly.
I hope you all enjoy this little project. I'm hoping to make more in the future as I work on perfecting more recipes π€

Sushi bake how to! Please be patient with me as I learn more on editing π₯Ή
Directions:
1. Season 1 pound salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake in 400Β°oven for about 15 minutes.
2. Break up imitation crab (I used 6 ounces) and combine with cooked salmon.
3. Add 2 Tablespoons Kewpie mayo and 1 Tablespoon Sriracha.
4. Cook 2 cups sushi rice (I use regular medium grain since anything labeled "sushi" tends to be more expensive). Then add 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar and a splash of sesame oil (optional).
5. Spread rice evenly in baking pan, top with crushed seaweed and Furikake(seaweed and sesame seed mixture, also optional).
6. Add seafood mix evenly on top of rice and drizzle extra Kewpie mayo and Sriracha if desired.
7. Bake at 400Β° for 5 minutes then broil on high for 2 minutes.
8. Enjoy with nori or on it's own!
