What a great dinner party. 4 courses with a Seared Tuna Crostini, Caramelized Onion and Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta with Goat Cheese for Appetizers. A Merlot Poached Pear Salad with Pomegranate. Then a Coffee Rubbed Filet on a bed of Asparagus and Mash topped with Demi Glaze for Entree . Finishing with a Dark Chocolate Torte topped with Sweet Vanilla Cream and fresh Berries Dessert.
