Perched above the hollow at the heart of our property, the Country House feels like its own little world.

This House feels like it’s in harmony with the hollow it overlooks. On foggy fall mornings like this, the colors hum softly through the mist, creating a melody only nature can play.

The front porch is the perfect stage for slow mornings—rocking chairs waiting for you to settle in with a cup of coffee ☕️, the mist rolling through the trees like a quiet encore. It’s a rhythm you don’t want to rush, the kind of tune that lingers long after the moment has passed.

Out here, even the stillness has a song. 🌾✨

🍂 Mornings like this remind us of the stories hidden in every corner of the Farm. From the foggy silhouette of the old chicken house that started it all, to the rich cedar walls now apart of it.

Tucked inside the old chicken house event hall, the potbelly stove you see holds a story as warm as the fires it’s kindled over the years. It was once carried home from a bustling city by a young man, a gift for his bride on one of their earliest anniversaries—a symbol of the love and care he poured into their life together.

Over the decades, it became the heart of their home, its warmth wrapping around family gatherings and quiet mornings alike. Now, it stands here as a reminder of enduring love and the simple treasures that bring us closer.

🦌Wander through the woods and you might stumble upon something like the deer skull we found—a quiet reminder of the wild beauty that surrounds us. And at the bottom of the amphitheater, the stage stands still, waiting to come alive with the energy of music, laughter, and celebration.

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our neighbor and friend, StudDuck Brad, who left us far too soon. Brad was more than just a part of our community; he was a beacon of kindness, laughter, and unwavering support. His warmth touched the lives of everyone he met, and his absence leaves an irreplaceable void.

This past weekend, we were honored to host his celebration of life at our venue. It was a day filled with love, memories, and the essence of Brad's incredible spirit. As we gathered with family and friends, we held back our tears and shared our best Brad stories, just as he would have wanted. 

Brad's legacy of love, generosity, and friendship will live on in each of us. We will miss your hearty laugh, welcoming "howdy, howdy," and stories for any and all occasions. Rest in peace, dear friend. 🍻
