What a dinner party! This event started with a grazing table and bar service, which flowed into passed hor d'oeuvres consisting of crab cakes, brie filled phyllo topped with bacon jam, carmilzed onions, bacon and a tequila lime shrimp with a cilantro creme.

From there, the guests were seated to a plated salad (our signature salad, of course!) and Cheddar Bay biscuit. Their entreé consisted of pan-seared Salmon with a dijon glaze & Filet with a port wine reduction paired with au gatin potato and asparagus.

The final Dessert course was a delicious pana cotta topped with a Raspberry coulis topped with Chantilly cream and individual Banana Foster Bruleé.

Dinner party event coordinated & planned by Randi Slick of Signature Events Hot Springs, who provided rentals and a smooth flow of the evening! Beautiful flower arrangements by Kelly Efird Flower Events adorned each table and provided decor for each sitting area. Bar service and hand-crafted drinks, were provided by the Bar LLC.

There is nothing more beautiful or refreshing than a Caprese salad! Served as an appetizer, salad, or entree, this versatile dish packs a flavorful palate pleasing tastes of fresh tomatoes, lush mozzarella, vibrant basil, and tangy balsamic glaze. Its a favorite of our guests for a reason!

Dishes we Love: CEVICHE

A dish consisiting of fish or shellfish marinated in citrus and seasonings. The acidity in the citrus cures the fish/shrimp causing it to denature the proteins and become firm and opaque while absorbing flavor. Served with chips, Ceviche is absolutely divine!

We love the cool taste of a shrimp cocktail to start the meal in summertime. Our shrimp is boiled in a special blend of spices and then tossed in our house made rub (made by our very own Mr.Rick) and then chilled to perfection! Served with homemade cocktail sauce -- we promise you will want more than 2!

Summer of Salad! Summer is officially here and it is HOT! We love to experiment with all types of salads during the summer like this Blue Cheese Wedge salad pictured (our fav) or the HSCC Signature Salad, Caesar Salad, Sweet Strawberry salad, or marinated tomato & cucumber salad. No matter which salad you prefer, its a great way to start your meal or make an entreé!

T'was the night before he changed her name from Strickland to Rhinehold! The rehearsal dinner for Kyler and Sara held at the beautiful the night before their wedding on May 17th, 2024.

The Hamby's hosted a Casino themed pre-prom dinner for Maddy Hamby and friends where they could fuel up for a night of dancing! The prom goers dined on a fun menu of: mac & cheese, mini pizzas, chicken strips & ranch, sliders, quesadillas, and dessert parfaits. Hosted in the 504 room and decorated in the Lakeside prom theme, the party started early and went ALL night long 🍕💃⭐️🎲

We love to think out of the box and so do our Brides! This Bride choose Sushi for her rehearsal dinner and we provided several types of Sushi rolls to accomodate her! She had a few dishes of traditional fare as well, but the Sushi Table made for a night to remember!🍣🍤🍚
