Salsas for a special pork roast feast tomorrow. We made 3 types of salsas to use for the event. Many thanks to the farmers who grew the chiles. We also used some special herbs from our fall time gathering sessions to add to 2 of the salsas. Can’t wait to see which ones the guests like. Had to make a mild one also because not everyone likes the heat but they enjoy the flavors.
