Meeting will be called to order.

4. Parish Officials
Parish Officials will speak if necessary.
5. Public wishing to address the Board
Public that completed "Public that would like to address the board
form" prior to meeting beginning will be allowed 3 minutes to
address the Board.
6. Approval of Minutes
Board will review and approve or make changes as necessary to the
minutes from the last Board meeting.

Holly will provide a report on the property and activity of the last
month.

Board will get an update on progress of pavilion/concession
stand/bathrooms project.
b. Gym - all repairs on complex
Board will get an update on the Hurricane Ida repairs.
c. Basketball goals
Board will get an update on the basketball goal replacement
project.
d. Update on opinion from Parish Attorney about Bayou
Blue Senior Citizens Center Organization use of LPRD 11
facilities
e. Card transaction fees
The Board will get an update on adding a 3% convenience fee to
all credit/debit transactions.
