Christmas in the Park Announcments!

Our endeavor to bring a cheer-filled Christmas Season event has been faced with some unique challenges this season... But we will persevere!

FIRST, It seems many of our posts have been undermined by ill-willed no-names trying to scam your money. Every week a new fake account asking vendors to PM them off-page to discuss our vendor registration. PLEASE DO NOT send a message to these folks, only message ACE Promotions page itself, OR to register online, visit our website: www.acepromotions23002.com/christmas-in-the-park-vendors

Online Registration Information: You must fill out the vendor form and submit payment by purchasing a "ticket" to be a vendor.

SECOND, For those who were registering via mail, our P.O. box was mistakenly blocked by the local post office, which resulted in some registrations and?or checks being returned to senders. If this happened to you, we are deeply sorry for thier error, and hope that you would re-submit your registration.

We realize that these issues may have caused much confusion, and we hope you guys stick with us as we make this year's Christmas in the Park the great community experience we know it will be.

ONE LAST THING, we need your opinions...

In your opinion, should we keep this as a split-session event having vendor market in the AM, and a Chirstmas Experience in the PM?

OR

Should we combine the two and have one fantastic evening session with craft vendors, tree lighting, decoration displays, music, Santa & Mrs. Claus, etc.

Good afternoon Christmas In The Park vendors!

For those who attempted to mail-in your registration, there was a mix-up at the post office that resulted in some registrations/checks being returned. We purchased our P.O. box for the event well in advance, and paid for it for several months, but somehow the post office mixed our box number and the one adjacent to ours up, and returned mail until just a week or so ago. Although this was not our mistake, we are deeply sorry for any confusion.
