Seen yesterday and today 💙🤍❤️ after playing a lovely Mass at St Paul w our GRACE NOTE trio.
▶️ #1) Beautiful work by parish members for today's SH parade honoring Veterans.

▶️ #2) My Veteran Dad's fav sticker (had it made, gave it to everyone!) His brother was a POW, who we were blessed to have back at the end of WWII.

▶️ #3) Some of our two favorite service guys, (grandsons of Marti and Jim Conlin),
our son USAF Captain Ben Conlin, and son Peter, SH Fire Service and Rescue. Photo snap of the bros at recent USAF Officer Pilot Training Graduation (aircraft, jet, helicopter). Ben and his wife Em will serve at a missile base in the midwest.

We have a wide tradition of service members in our family, respect for all military members and first responders. We thank those who give, and gave their time, lives, and sometimes their inner peace to protect, and to rescue liberty from tyranny.

Want to also to mention the women of our family who worked during the second world war efforts with soldiers and aircraft ~ as office staff, riveters, and accountants in Central PA. We appreciate and remember you, Aunt Sue and Aunt Anne!

Before the 2023 new year of events really starts running at full speed this Spring ~ and for the duration of the year, I just want to personally share my thankfulness, and the gratitude of all the musicians here with us in Grace Note String Ensembles + Grace Note Jazz. 🔹️🔹️Thank you to you, our clients with whom we share our happy hardworking days 🔹️Thank you to the wonderful humans who recommend us, share our MUSIC and pass on the goodness to others🔹️I'm truly thankful for every audience, the tears of joy, every first dance, shared dinners with scrumptious foods, celebratory atmospheres of all kinds, all year long.

My heart 💜 is full !! God is good.

I don't know about the word "branding" being in the whole wedding scheme, lol...but I just LOVE this whole thing. Thanks for sharing Martha / Bryce. This is content worth a look for design and yes, a String Trio playing Modern music. We've been doing that for over 15 years! (and other styles!) Gorgeous flowers and scene, and that drone shot is amazing!

A rainbow of shades created a fun and festive atmosphere at this La Quinta, Calif. wedding weekend. Custom watercolor designs, custom branding, and bright spring flowers inspired this wedding.

How loving is this!? To Violinist Mom (me) from "kids" serving in USAF afar. I'm a word nerd, WWF and NYT. Pretty special card came in the mail...from our son and someone who became our daughter recently - wife Em 🎶🧡💜 Admittedly, I am so very blessed. The inside (in this stack) is more than uplifting! To know you've done things in love and humor, and succeeded the most important job of all.

Those of you recently had babies, do do do with them!
Do music.
Do the outdoors.
Let them figure it out.
Let them splash in a puddle.
Help them plan things they like.
As a Mom, be a friend to others.
Take them places.
Teach manners.
Play games with them, off + online.
Teach and give respect.
Scold a little when necessary.
Praise often, when warranted.
Praise God for all wonders.
Hug them.
Give them responsibility in your home.
Serve others with them.
Sing to them.
Sing with them.
Call them endearing names.
Give them roots. And wings

And lastly:::
Let them do their own laundry (for your sake and theirs! Lol) 😄

Come see & be in the fantastic OPEN HOUSE of the Renovation of St. Joseph's old church in Sea Isle City this Saturday, Sept 18th! James Maher & I Dori Zettick Conlin (Acoustic Guitar & Violin Duet) 🎶🎻🎶 will be playing out front to welcome you to the day. Concert on the Organ at 11am inside, tour at 11:30am. All goodness in preserving HISTORIC buildings and our own seashore history. Great job friends of St. Joe's!!! Announcement: 21st 🟩🆒🎵🆒🆕🎶🟩 Music from Bridgerton has just been released, Full String Quartet Arrangements only (for now). I expect that other versions of the music should be out by late Spring and Summer however, pending licensing in the US. (to be played on the Piano / Violin Duet, Violin Acoustic Guitar, Cello etc.) 🟩 We also play GOT, Star Wars Themes, and other movies and video game music should you want to surprise and delight. And sometimes, get a few laughs!!
