The day and time have been set y’all! We are officially doing our first crawfish grab bag of the season.
Once you text your order to the number below and schedule a pick up time, we will send you the address for the pick up. A confirmation text will also be sent on Friday February 3rd and will include payment information. Let the season begin! 🎊

I want to introduce to the men behind TJ Crawfish Co. John and Tony are a father son duo who have been cooking crawfish together for close to 10 years. They have spent each cooking season perfecting their spin on classic Viet Cajun Crawfish. They’re combination of butter, garlic and citrus leave you alway satisfied but still wanting more. We can’t wait to see what the 2023 Crawfish season has in store and hope to see you at a pop up at your local bar!
