WE ARE BACK!

Being sick with the flu was not fun! But I’m back & healthy and ready to create.

This was something I did just for a friend - but OMG- it was soooo Delicious!

I may just make another this weekend for sale 🤔

Did a lil something last night.. sent out samples today and the feed back was amazing!

White Chocolate & Mango Cheesecake 🥭

I created the topping using a mango purée I made. I also made a lil side of blueberry & mango compote to go with it & added some lemon zest on top to serve. And let me tell you something the compote goes soooo well with it! Will be making this again in the VERY near future.
