These pictures by .takes.shots perfectly capture all my dreams for . I started exploring floral design because my daughter, Zahra, loved flowers. She called them “Pa-wers”. We would bring home flowers from the grocery store, and I have the fondest memories of arranging blooms with her in her little teacups during tea time. began as a dream to share these experiences with other people. We wanted people to be able to bond over flowers. Flowers are so meaningful: they are a gesture, they are a memory, they are a feeling and sentiment, they are a language that builds connections.
We also try to collaborate with entrepreneurs each year who share similar values of family, motherhood, and supporting small business. So, this Mother’s Day, thanks to , who pushed me to start my dream NOW, and in collaboration with , we hosted a small Pop-up flower bar . Meeting each person that came by, meeting their lovely families, and hearing their stories was a joy and an experience that I will forever treasure, as well as a reminder of how beautiful humanity is.
