Finished just in time for a Christmas gift. An oversized slice of pizza! The entire thing is made from EVA foam and painting the crust with different browns was always a delight. No , seriously. It's a lot of fun but easy to overdo. The little pepperonis even have crust burns on the edges for detail.

Been a few days since we posted but we are hard at work on the holiday season. Delivering props and taking moments to stay sharp. This week we worked on a Dandadan mask for funsies. It's a rough cut but we used the opportunity to test some paints and sanding methods. This is going to a good home but don't be afraid to hit us with a project. We do love a challenge.

Working on a translucent mannequin for an upcoming production of Synapse in Houston TX opening soon. Check out and for more details. Translucent foam looks great but can pose challenges. Our advice is to always have a plan B C and D AND test your adhesives before building most of the project. You live, you learn.

I'm not familiar with the group or the music cause I'm old and not'with it' but we were asked to recreate this hat. We give each project a codename and called this one 'demon hat' because it was a BEAST. Lots of folding and cussing but the customer was happy to get this last night.

Wolverine claws painted and now for some distressing and then ready for delivery

Battle damage and mirror lenses added and DONE! Total work time is 7 hours minus drying time from template to last looks. Used mirror lenses because.....that's what i had and most other methods stifle vision. This was a fun prototype and will now sit on the shelf BUT is available for purchase. DM for details.

Putting together this Santa themed crown from 10mm foam and 30 mm half round dowels. Little pastidip and paint and here we are. Next step is jewels

Unfinished WW2 fighter pilot helmet for You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. Next step after fitting is paint and texture. This was such a fun build and happy to help Snoopy
