We will be kicking off our annual school supplies drive in Sagemont August 3rd. A portion Proceeds from BBQ raffles and other food pirchases will be donated to buy school supplies.

This weekend brought a great opportunity to feed the hard working men and woman at Blue Water Construction in Tennessee Colony TX.

Special thank you to for trusting us to deliver some 6A state champion Texas BBQ.

We hauled Sweet Mary Ann just south of Dallas to put in work and boy did she deliver!

We even made a new friend (Mr. Larry) who actually built this bad ass smoker shaped as gun.

The detail in wrapping plays a considerable role in the overall cook. . .
