We are a Houston based team that is dedicated to providing our customers with a luxurious and fun night in with their loved ones and friends. We provide the entire set up — projector, screen, blankets, pillows, snacks, trays, drinks, etc. Whatever you choose to do (movie night, game nights, karaoke…) we can accommodate in a space of your choosing — hence, a pop-up! ✨ We would set up and break down the event so all you’d have to do is show up and have fun!

Hello everyone! We thought it was about time we introduced ourselves so you all can get to know us better and learn why we love what we do! - We are Jenn and Vicky and we started The Pop-Up Project as a fun little side business. We met at our work orientation over 2 years ago and being the only two Asian females in the room, we naturally we gravitated towards each other 😂 That was the start of our endless work chats and coffee breaks. Long before the pandemic, we both enjoyed hosting and getting all of our friends together for parties, game nights, movie nights, girls’ night, etc. We always enjoyed the decorating and planning phases of these events but what we really loved was our friends’ reactions and how much they enjoyed themselves. The idea for this business came up when we were celebrating a friend’s birthday at brunch and we all agreed it would’ve been great if we could brunch and watch the new Friends Reunion episode 😅 It didn’t take long for the idea to formulate and blossom into something bigger. With the support and encouragement from our friends and family, we started this business in hopes to bring you all the same type of enjoyment and sentiment our friends experienced. We aim to take the stress of planning and executing off your hands so you can spend more time with your loved ones 💕 What keeps us motivated are the sweet reactions and joy on our clients’ faces when they see our transformations, as well as the continuous support from all of our friends, family, and new/past/returning clients. We honestly wouldn’t be able to keep pouring our time and effort into this project without you! We are learning a lot through this process but we are having a lot of fun.
