Fait Avec Amour Grazing Tables & Charcuteries Policy & Acknowledgement
• 50% deposit required upon booking to secure customer’s event date. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining amount is due 48 hours (2 days) before the event. If the amount is not paid by then, we will cancel the booking.
• Any cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event date are free of charge. Any cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Rescheduling dates are free of charge.
• Delivery and set up are included in the pricing. Pricing is determined by food items included in grazing table or charcuterie board, distance of event from owner, labor costs, length of time for set up (typically we would need 1 hour depending on size), and rental of boards, towers, utensils, and tables.
• Food can only be available for consumption for 3 hours after setting up according to the FDA. This window of time is narrowed to 2 hours if the event is outdoors.
• Fait Avec Amour is certified in food handling services as of 2023. Food handling license can be provided as proof upon request of the customer. Fait Avec Amour is also licensed to serve alcohol as of 2023 and license can be provided as proof upon request of the customer. Minors (any person(s) under the age of 21) will be refused alcohol services, even in private events. A valid ID will be required by whomever books an event that includes alcohol services.
• Fait Avec Amour provides trays, boards, towers, utensils, and tables. The customer only pays for the rental of these items and is not entitled to keep them.
• Fait Avec Amour reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. If service is refused but full payment was already made, a 25% refund of the remaining amount paid will be issued.
