Having the opportunity to partner with Corporate Event Planners and Wedding Planners is such a critical component of successful events. As a Catering and Special Events Company, we get to work with some incredible vendors and creative partners and every once in a while we get to work with someone highly regarded and respected in the industry only we can't say because of security and/or privacy concerns for the client. Today was one of those days where we got to partner up on a very special event for some VIP clients in Houston and while we want to fangirl/boy out and say how excited we were to be able to do that and show off pictures, today we just have to keep it to ourselves! Those are some of the best-kept secrets in the industry and we don't mind having a few of those! Here's to a great job by everyone involved! This past weekend's event was spectacular! The guests were completely delighted by every aspect of the event! The venue was the perfect backdrop and had something for everyone. The Physician's Gala celebrating National Doctor's Day (officially recognized as a holiday in 1990 by President George H.W. Bush) featured red carnations (the official flower of the holiday) as well as upscale diner foods to celebrate theme. We created an upscale diner menu complete with adult milkshakes and other fabulous nods to the cuisine. Check out the photos below! Special thanks to our creative partners at EB Inc. for the beautiful linens and chairs as well as Dream Bouquet for the fabulous flowers! Of course, the fantastic venue is the Hemi Hideout and they were just a dream to partner with!

It's been a busy holiday season this year, but last night Melange won two industry awards from the NACE Houston Chapter! We won for Best Food & Beverage Experience for the menu planning and ex*****on of the Old Hollywood themed event at the Houston Museum of Natural Science earlier this year! The second award was for the Best Catered Event of the Year for the same event! Our fabulous creative partners all worked so hard on the event to make it fantastic and award-winning! Special thanks to EB Inc Event Rentals, Dream Bouquet, J & D Entertainment, Bright Star Productions, Inc and our fabulous venue Houston Museum of Natural Science. This event would not have been possible if not for everyone coming together to make it ultra-fabulous with our entire team at Melange!

It was a beautiful day for a beautifully styled baby shower coordinated by Wedding Bliss Events. Thank you for letting us be a part of this event and thank you for letting us do what we do best! Also, special thanks to the venue Plantation on the Bay for welcoming us and making it so easy for us to make magic happen for our clients. Fabulous day and we gotta get back down there to sit in those amazing rocking chairs again! Highly recommended for relieving stress!

Earlier this year we had the pleasure of creating this amazing, fun event at the Houston Museum of Natural Science for a long-time client! The theme was Hollywood. The venue was not! So we incorporated all the aspects of this incredible new Wiess Energy Hall at the Museum with all the Hollywood-themed aspects and the results were pretty incredible. This is one for the books for sure! This is a completely amateur video taken on my iPhone but I just HAD to share it with everyone because sometimes the pictures just aren't enough!
