“One Taste, You’re Hooked!” Our signature menu is Southern food with a Cajun flair. Our fried catfish and shrimp dishes are based on a secret Mississippi family recipe*. Our family has been in the restaurant/catering business for over 25 years. We have expanded upon their knowledge; because we hold ourselves to a higher standard, by being our own worst critics. This helps us to remain humble and improve upon our services. Throughout the past decade, serving Houston and the surrounding area, we have developed a more extensive menu featuring fish tacos, sandwiches, po-boys, house-made sauces, greens and desserts. We can modify our menu to suit your needs and dietary restrictions. We are a mobile restaurant (aka food truck, food trailer) in Houston and we cater ALL events!
