We have dates available to cater your graduation event.

We have a variety of packages to choose from like;
Barbecue, fajitas, pastas, burgers, tacos and more!

All of these packages can be picked up, dropped off, have onsite service or we can bring our food trailer to you!

🐣 EASTER 2025 UPDATE 🐣

Unfortunately we will be closed for orders this Easter.

Our oldest daughter which many of y’all have seen working with us or giving out food will be having her quincenera on Easter Saturday and we’re choosing to give her our full attention for the weekend.

We may have chilled briskets earlier in the week, but we will decide that after this weekend.

We do apologize, I know a lot of our regulars order for their family and friends to enjoy and take the stress from cooking off your plate.

•3 MEAT BBQ package- (brisket, chicken, sausage and two sides).
•ONSITE TACO -Catering (street tacos with two meats, chopped onions, cilantro, fresh cheese, salsa, limes and cheese quesadillas.
•BURGERS -onsite catering (homemade burgers, chips, condiments, and hot dogs).
•FAJITAS- (beef and chicken fajitas mix, rice, beans and salsa).
•ALFREDO -(pasta trays, rolls, side salad and dressing).
