She then took the helm at Sur La Table in River Oaks teaching curious Foodies the fine art of cooking with style. Today, Chef Michele specializes in all things grilled and Farm to Table delights. She has been serving up Steak Night at different venues around town for the past three years, su

ch as The Rig and Pearl Bar. Catch her in action on Tuesday nights at Guava Lamp and Thursday nights at George Country Sports. She is also available for any catering gig, big or small, private chef events, and customized cooking classes or Date Night cooking events.

GEORGE is open and STEAK NIGHT is back! Not one to rest on our laurels, during this down time we’ve been working hard to improve the Steak Night experience. New to Steak Night at George:
1. Ordering is easy, contactless, and 100% online by going to freegrillin.com and choosing “Order Online” (or clicking the giant orange ORDER NOW button)
2. All employees will wear masks and gloves, which will be changed frequently.
3. Hand sanitizer is available for your convenience and protection.
4. All orders will be packed in to go containers and come with sealed disposable utensils, “real” steak knives available upon request.
5. New artisan Garlic and Herb compound butter for your filet or to add to any other entrée. Improved brownies, made with Houston’s own Baileson Brewery’s Structural Stout, as if they could get any richer or gooier!
