Happy #internationalyogaday #nationalselfieday and #firstdayofsummer - man that’s a lot of marketing holidays in one day, captured in one boomerang. Totally feel on top of it these days 🧘‍♀️ . Fun fact: I have a wrist injury that sometimes gets in the way of normal every day life (don’t even get me started on work). However it’s never slowed me down. Today is the first day I’ve tried this position which I never thought I’d be able to do again after a couple of years of avoiding it. I felt stronger than ever! It’s all those vases we’ve been lifting 🤣 . Thank you @ashtangayogahouston for letting us design in your shala! These white orchids are stunning!
