One question I get asked constantly is "You are Nigerian. But can you cook Nigerian cuisine since you are so Americanized 🙄"

On a rainy Houston day like this, I do a little something. Traditional Goat meat stew with fried plantains hits the spot. Savory, spicy, mad filling Done by yours truly. Hope that answers the question. 😏

Oh and the oil isn't as much as it seems. Trust me.

I love Thai food. This was one of the easiest Thai dishes to make. Shallots, Garlic, and Thai chilli makes for a very fragrant smell when sauteed. Mix dark soy, oyster sauce, white pepper and palm sugar together for your sauce. I used wagyu ground beef which gave a great beefy flavor as opposed to regular ground beef. After browning the beef in the garlic, shallot mixture, I added my sauce, fresh Thai basil and done. Add a fried egg over hot jasmine rice, and you have a satisfying meal.

Was able to cater an awesome meal for a fantastic couple for our private super club series. Loving what we do.
