Wow!!!!
As an absolute lover of restaurants, I’ve spent the last 20+ years traveling the world learning about cultures through their humble local foods while also learning about their best talent via Michelin. We’ve consumed stars from all through Mexico City, Hong Kong, Thailand, east Europe, west Europe and of course New York! I’ve always known that houston had some AMAZING restaurants but the thought that Michelin, a brand I associate mostly with my time in Europe, would land in Texas never crossed my mind. That being said, the talent showcased on Monday night proves that Texas absolutely deserves to be recognized along with the world’s best.
And the fact that our latest restaurant was a part of Michelins first dive into Texas...I’m blown away!
