Last May we did Elsik High School’s 2024 Prom and it was a mesmerizing experience! The whole evening followed the beautiful theme of “Enchanted Forest” and Houston Event Planning provided the decor and centerpieces to match.

Students spent the evening dancing to the music provided by DJ Kwadwo, capturing their moments through several balloon backdrop photo ops and photo booths, and tasting the sweet treats on the dessert station.

Houston Event Planning spent the end of April preparing Rice University for Owl Days: A day spent for newly admitted students to tour the campus, gain more information about their possible futures, and connect with current students and alumni.

HEP provided planning, catering, & decor services to make this occasion possible! We hope all staff, students, and parents enjoyed their time touring the campus, eating the catered fajitas, and meeting new people!

Have you fallen in love with the earthy yet purple tones for an event? We absolutely have for this event!

Our rental department pulled through with setting up all the ambiance for Maternal and Child Health Conference. Attendees were able to take part in a painting with a twist themed night, a “DIY succulent station”, and of course learned so much about motherhood.

Our Custom Chiara Backdrop and Vinyl Art Walls were, in our opinion, the main spotlight in the overall decor. Add in the lilac linens, pipe and drapes, fresh floral centerpieces, and uplightings, and we got ourselves a conference to remember!

🌟 What an Incredible Night at the Lone Star Flight Museum! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share a glimpse of the fantastic event hosted this month by Asplundh and BreEvent at one of our favorite venues, the breathtaking Lone Star Flight Museum. A huge thank you to our team at Houston Event Planning for delivering an extraordinary culinary experience. The 24-hour slow-roasted Cajun Prime Rib was a showstopper, and our appetizers, like the honey bacon-wrapped shrimp with heart pipet hot sauce, were simply divine. Not to mention, the freshly made churros and our lavish raw bar with cocktail shrimp, crab claws, and freshly shucked oysters added a unique touch!

✈️ As we mingled among the museum’s iconic aircraft, the night was a perfect blend of elegance and inspiration, all captured in the photo album linked in this post.
