It's not a bridal shower without a few games to get the party started.

Games are a great way to break the ice and get the family members from both sides to gel and have a good time together.

One of the most popular games we've set up is Bridal Shower Bingo. Before the bride opens her gift, you fill in the Bingo card with your prediction of what she will open. If you get 5 in a row on your card, you win a prize.

One favorite is taking toilet paper and guessing how many squares it takes to wrap around mom's belly.

I have always changed my hair style. Now that it's natural, it is more fun because I can do so many things with it - grow it out or keep it short. I especially enjoy having a vibrant red and how it accentuates my skin tone.

O'Lana turned 4 in June. We planned a trolls-themed party and made sure the decorations were very colorful. Since she loves the music from the movie, we played the soundtrack in the background. O'Lana spent most of the party dancing and singing along to her favorite tunes.

Her friends and family came over to an outside party. We made sure that we had a tent to cool off and the little ones enjoyed a water slide as one of their activities.

She told us later that she enjoyed herself and that she really liked the trolls theme.
