Prepare mango pay with The Heights Catering: * Crush the cookies with the help of a rolling pin or kitchen mallet. * Pour all the ground cookies into a bowl and add the melted butter, mix until it becomes a sandy dough. * Select a pie mold, and expand the dough over the entire surface without leaving any free space. * In a small container, mix the warm water with the gelatin and let it sit for 5-7 minutes. * When it thickens, heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in a water bath until it melts. * Add the mango, lemon juice, condensed milk, cream cheese and gelatin to the blender glass. * Blend and pour the mixture into the pie plate and refrigerate for 5 hours or until set.
