Chef Fiks AKA Pit Master
Hello! My name is Chef Fiks. I have a home based catering company. I am a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston and the very proud owner of Blowing Smoke Entertainment. I specialize in smoking meats and producing specialty dishes with smoked ingredients. I do pop up sales at least twice a month.
